THURSDAY NIGHT IN THE PARK

The Shasta Lake Chamber of Commerce is the host of the very popular Friday Night in the Park concert series held in the City of Shasta Lake.  This year will be our 20th consecutive year promoting this event and we expect people from all over Shasta County to come and enjoy these free community concerts.

Earlier this year two nights were cancelled due to the extreme heat.  The concert series is extended  this year into September.   We have scheduled these concerts for THURSDAY NIGHTS  to avoid any conflict with CVHS Football. The band for September 5th will be MAGIC BUS. 

The event is held at Clair Engle Park, right off Shasta Dam Boulevard with activities that include local artists’ booths, food and beverage trucks, and information tables from service providers.  The music provided is family oriented and there is a relaxed atmosphere. This event is a place for the entire community together as neighbors and new friends to visit and enjoy an evening in the park.

Due to the construction on Shasta Dam Boulevard, the Chamber has collaborated with RABA to provide FREE bus/shuttle service from Margaret Polf Park (soccer fields off Shasta Dam Blvd) and the Civic Center Campus on Main Street.   Park your car and catch the ride in air conditioned comfort to FRIDAY NIGHT IN THE PARK !
